Lickable Leighton

To celebrate Leighton House Museum's acquisition of the Interior of the Cappella Palatina, AVM Curiosities presented a bespoke tasting menu to complement and enhance the historic setting. Drawing inspiration from the architecture of the house and this jewel of a painting, which captured Frederic Leighton’s fascination with the ornate interiors of Italy and beyond.

The unique edible editions formed a taste-tour of the house; using textures, tastes and smells to highlight the history of the garden, artist’s studio, and silk room where the Interior of the Cappella Palatina now hangs in the Museum’s permanent collection.
